Naked and Unashamed

One of the things I’ve been exploring is the naked and unashamed reality that Adam and Eve experienced in the Garden of Eden. They were clothed in God’s thoughts and Light, and their shame came not as much from their external nudity but from an internal sense of nakedness when they turned away from God. I believe that we can experience the naked and unashamed reality now by surrendering to God’s ways and thoughts. It’s a vulnerability that allows us to live unashamed and free from the crushing weight of shame that affects so many of us.
